From Gommern all over the world: Many of the products manufactured at KLG Gommern have traveled a long way before they are installed in buildings and plants. In the past, we were able to supply for numerous national and international customers. We can also ship needed molded parts on container trestles overseas (Rehau South Africa). But even for assembly in neighboring Magdeburg, sometimes a helicopter has to be used for transporting material to a roof (Amazon Magdeburg).

2021: Ductwork and moulded parts for the new logistic center in Osterweddingen near Magdeburg. For the 500 x 200 meter hall, 30 ventilation ducts and over 10,000 square meters of ductwork were installed. The complex project was exciting and complicated, including the installation of various intermediate ceilings or stationary concrete surfaces for the arriving truck loads.

The air duct systems used in laboratories or operating rooms must be as clean as possible and meet the high hygiene regulations that apply there. For this reason, all duct ends are covered with foils to ensure that they arrive clean. Modern air filtration systems ensure that the air is crystal clear.

2021: For 10 years already we have been working for IDT. Currently, new halls are being built at the Dessau-Roßlau site, which we are helping to equip. This year, IDT Biologika will produce, among others, the Corona vaccines Astra Zeneca and Johnson & Johnson, described by the press as the “East German pandemic hope” (FAZ, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung).
For IDT air filtration, the highest hygiene regulations must be observed: Modern air filters with aerosol filters and recirculation units ensure clean filtered air in all connected rooms.

To modernize the old school buildings, we carried out the entire plant engineering. In order for clean and filtered air to flow in the schools, modern ventilation units are used, equipped with silencers and fans.
